You have always pushed yourself. That was just what you did. But now you're standing at the starting line, or training for something that used to feel exciting, and you can't find that second gear anymore.
Even the things that used to bring joy now induce worry. You're scared to push yourself the way you used to, and you don't fully understand why.
You're not lazy. You're not soft. Something in you has shifted, and it deserves real attention, not just a new training plan.
How I can help
A lot of performance work focuses only on the outside: routines, mindset tricks, visualization. That can help, but it often skips the deeper question of why the fear or hesitation showed up in the first place.
We'll look at where the fear and self-doubt actually come from. Often, a thought or a motivating force that was once useful can slowly morph into an obstacle that holds you back. We'll slow down and look at where these patterns started, so the fear makes sense instead of just feeling like a flaw.
We'll also work on reconnecting to your why, separate from outcomes or other people's expectations. This way you have something to move toward instead of running from fear.
And we'll practice noticing the thoughts that hold you back, like "I can't do this anymore," or "I'm going to get hurt again," without needing to fight them. The goal isn't to silence the voice in your head. It's to loosen its grip so you can still choose to move, compete, or push yourself even when the voice is there.
