Therapy is a supportive space where we can slow things down and make sense of what's been happening. I approach this work from two complementary angles.
The first is about understanding. Patterns like pushing yourself hard, doubting yourself, or keeping your distance from people usually didn't come out of nowhere. We'll take the time to understand where those patterns came from, and how they are impacting your world.
The second is about movement. We'll get clear on what actually matters to you and help you develop new skills that will enable you to live a more connected life.
In practice, our work will sometimes look backward, making sense of where these patterns started, and sometimes look forward, taking steps toward what you want next. Therapy, at its core, is a human connection, and my goal is to help you reconnect with what matters to you, even when things feel hard.
