I am a psychotherapist and relational psychoanalyst with a Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University Graduate School of Social Services. Following graduation, I worked at several outpatient mental health clinics, treating a diverse range of people. I helped clients navigate depression, anxiety, and addiction. I had the privilege of seeing my clients build meaningful relationships, break free from destructive patterns, thrive professionally, process loss and grief, and cultivate a deeper, more grounded sense of self.

Believing that growth as a therapist is ongoing, I pursued postgraduate training at the National Institute for the Psychotherapies, completing their rigorous 4-Year Intensive Adult Training Program in Psychoanalysis and Comprehensive Psychotherapy. I also have training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach that helps people develop psychological flexibility, learn new ways to relate to difficult thoughts and emotions, and take meaningful action toward the life they want to live.

I draw on these frameworks to collaboratively work with my clients in a warm yet challenging way, helping them explore the issues that are blocking their path to an overall sense of wellbeing.
